Barney is a goofy big guy that loves to run around the yard with us & wag his tail. He is a large boy with a medium energy level. So he would not do well in an apartment or condo environment. Barney is kennel trained for at night & while you're at work. We think he would be fine in a home with or without children. He may knock them over but he is not a mean boy. Barney doesn't bark a lot, dog in the yard, or try to jump fences. If you are looking for a love bug to cuddle with but that has the look of a great guard dog than look no further. Barney is here for you! We are not able to test most of our dogs with cats, as we don't have any. So we can not guarantee they will be ok with cats.
